Corporate Wellness

Why do a corporate event?

When individuals are well, companies thrive. By becoming grounded in our nervous systems together as a community of individuals, peace and calm can ripple out throughout a company culture. Whether in an individual or a group setting, Cait helps participants to reorient towards the still small voice within.

What will it look like?

Through individual, small group or company-wide events or workshops, Cait guides participants through a series of subtle practices that can be done easily from a desk chair, demonstrating the way in which slowing down can be the greatest life hack of all. Through a series of mindful movements, she will help you tap into your body’s natural resourcing to highlight and expand on resilience in challenging times.

Cait helps you get in your body, generating wellness and empowerment through experiential embodiment. She teaches and demonstrates how body language, eye contact, and even the tone of a voice can all impact the efficacy of your communication. Cait weaves in neuroscience explanations to help you understand what’s going on in your brain and body, demonstrating how these practices ultimately lead to greater resilience.

Virtual or in person?

As a yoga therapist, Cait can lead virtual and in-person retreats across the globe. Retreats can include seminars on nervous system, yoga, relationship coaching and conflict resolution, as well as strengthening bonds within teams and facilitating deeper awareness through somatic practices.
