Past Life Regression

Frequently asked questions

What is past life regression therapy?

As with all things energetic, it can often be challenging to believe what you cannot see. If you are willing to suspend your belief system for a moment to believe in life before and after death, there is immense possibility for a healing experience to occur. Dr. Brian Weiss, author of “Many Lives, Many Masters” is a world-renowned healer, perhaps best known for his use of past life regression therapy. Initially skeptical of the practice as highly educated doctor, he was astonished when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks.

How can it help me?

After training with Dr.Weiss in Past Life Regression Therapy in October 2015, I began offering this healing service to clients. Hypnosis can be a useful and empowering tool to help break addictive patterns, and to address issues of self-esteem, fears and anxieties, epigenetic traumas, weight-loss and healing from trauma. It can also offer a new lens through which to understand current circumstances and interpersonal and intergenerational relationships. Whether reincarnation is a part of your belief system or it is just a metaphor for your current life, it can be a helpful process for breaking out of limiting beliefs.

Hypnosis was an incredibly popular tool among psychologists to address trauma in the late 1800s, but fell out of practice in the early 1990s. As Bessel van der Kolk, M.D. notes in his most recent work on trauma, “hypnosis can induce a state of relative calm from which patients can observe their traumatic experiences without being overwhelmed by them. Since that capacity to quietly observe oneself is a critical factor in the integration of traumatic memories, it is likely that hypnosis, in some form, will make a comeback” -“The Body Keeps Score,” pp.220
